- Non smoking guesthouse, no pets
- Equipped kitchen, utensils and pans, dishes
- Linen, washing machine, dishwasher
- Hair dryer, bathrobes
- Bathroom with toilet
- Television

A deposit is requested and cleaning after the stay is charged extra

Release of the rooms
Check in is between 4 and 7 pm and check out must be before 10 am.

Booking terms
A 30 % non refundable instalment of the total amount of the stay or a minimum of one night is charged to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer in euros. The balance is due on your arrival.

Deposit terms
Any damage you may cause during your stay in the guesthouse would be deducted from the deposit before refunding.

Cancellation terms
For a 2 days journey or less, we may charge you the balance of your entire stay if you don't cancel at least 72 hours before the expected arrival date.

For a 3 days journey or more, we may charge you the balance of your entire stay if you don't cancel at least 30 days before the expected arrival date or if you don't show on due date.

May you decide to shorten your journey and the total amount of your stay would be due.
